I am grateful for cameras that capture the things in our lives that bring us joy.
This has been the final week of the "Lazy Man" Iron man. Kim got up at 4 a.m. one morning to ride his bike 15 miles and run 3 miles before going to work. The frustrating part was that he drove to Provo two nights and the pool was too crowded and he couldn't get a lane to get his swimming in. Did he lose any weight with this busy schedule? He says not. I was impressed with his stick to it ness ...he really had to cram this last week and he didn't quit.
On Saturday we drove up to Whit's family cabin and then we drove past Evanston to the Uintahs and got tree permits and cut down two Christmas trees. It would have been cheaper to just buy a tree but we did it for the experience!

We got a pretty tall tree...it didn't seem that tall until we cut it down. |

Whit had a trailer that hauled the trees back to the cabin. From there, we put it on our car and drovo to Provo hoping it would make it. |

Our Merry Christmas pose |
We hurried home, showered and changed in time for the BYU Christmas concert. It was great to hear beautiful Christmas music!
I have been sick most of this week. I think I am getting better and then I am not. I am grateful for good health!!!!!!!I am also looking forward to smelling pine all month long in our house. Hooray for the Perfect Christmas tree!
