Bees, Ball, and Japanese visitor

Kim went to a "Bee" class on Saturday.  This is what he learned: different ways of making splits, nucs and
multiplying your hives.   I didn't go.  I stayed home and did laundry, vacuumed,  and got ready for the Young Women Broadcast.  Hard to believe, I know...but true.  Kim really liked the classes and learned alot.  Now we just need good weather so he can open the hive!

For our third year in a row, we went to a Ball.  Pictures will be coming later.
We did not have a beautiful formal and tux on because we were shocked to find out that they no longer fit.  Well...not really.  We knew.  We had fun anyway and enjoyed hanging out for a while with Tyler's high school and college friends.  We danced, had a photo shoot, listened to a singer, ate good food, met new people, and had a lot of fun!
Sunday was a busy day.  Kim got up at 4 a.m. and I got up at 7 a.m.  I like my schedule a lot better than his!
After all meetings, The Wallys came with their kids and grandkids.  It was fun to have a bit of noise again.  Dallin had come for dinner and we had fun catching up on news.  We skyped Tyler's family and got to see how big Spencer was.  Holy Moly he is growing!!!   Then our Japanese visitor came to spend the week with us!  She is from Dallin's mission ( Sapporo).   After she played the piano for us, then Dallin, Kim got out the saws.  Ai had a good time trying to follow his cue and make some music.
Everyone had to try and McKay actually got what sounded like a song out

We made bread this morning ( ground the wheat and everything)  and now Ai is riding mules down at the Wollenzien's farm with McKay.
