my star studded saturday!

greetings familia. it was kind of an exciting day for me yesterday. to start off the day, i went to a single's conference where brother and sister shroder spoke. that would be ricky shroder from our beloved show silver spoons! it was kind of exciting to see him in person and hear about his conversion. he and his wife had some really good things to say. after that i went and met my friend holly, who is a teacher at east high where they are filming high school musical 3. the production said they would donate money to the school for each volunteer that came to be an extra. so we went to support our friend holly. and be in a movie. we were there from 10:30 am until 2:00 am, so it made for a reeeeeaaaallllllyyy long day, but it was fun to see how things work in a real movie. this one is even coming out in the movie theaters so i can't wait to go see it to see if you can see me cheering. we were on the fourth row by one of the baskets at the state championship game, so hopefully we'll be on screen for at least a second or two. we got to see all of the stars that were in the movie and it definately made me never want to be a movie star. there is no way i could handle those hours every day! but it was fun to do once. hope everyone enjoyed their weekends as well!
