Old Friends...sat on the park bench like bookends.   I once did a modern dance number in high school  to Simon and Garfunkel's song of Old Friends.  I loved the song and thought that my time to sit with friends that not only had I  been friends with for a long time but were also "old" was a long ways off.    Well, I went to Thanksgiving Point this week with my friends from Redlands High.  For a while we lost contact with each other but now we try and get together at least once a year.  It is nice to see my friends aging with me.   We are still young in our minds and love to be together.  We want to talk together all at once.  I am very grateful for their love and great example through most of my life.
