This week the girls and I packed up our bikes and headed to Park City. It just seemed like the right thing to do with all the fall colors coming on. The weather was wonderful and we enjoyed having a day to ride all we wanted. Of course, after all that strenuous biking, we had to indulge in Rocky Mtn. Fudge factory where we shared an caramel apple and some fudge. Yum
