I put this picture the right way so go figure. This fine young man is playing Don't Eat Bryce. It is the Christensen twist on Don't Eat Pete. We have pictures of Bryce through the years instead of Pete. The guys were slow to get into it but since it was one of Bryce's favorite games, they came around and we had a lot of fun seeing who could clean the board clean of candy. Earlier in the day, we went skiing at Sundance. That is where we went with the whole family skiing one Jan. many years ago and the last time that Bryce went with us because snowboarding was so much more fun. One of my very fav family pictures is our family standing together as it was snowing here at Sundance, getting ready for a skiing lesson.
The best part of the day was when Kim and I went to the temple. There we did sealings. We began doing daughters to their parents but in the middle of the session, we were given son's names to be sealed to their parents. The best part: we did names from South Africa. Who would have guessed??? I think Bryce was very aware of that day and wanted to be part of it. We felt the prayers of many and had a great time just doing Bryce stuff. Thank you to all that remembered him in your own way, for the flowers, cards, calls, food, prayers, and one special painting from South Africa. It was the BEST DAY yet!

I'm glad you had such a nice Bryce day! Many were thinking of you all
Your family is one of the most inspirational families I have ever met! I love the way you remember and celebrate Bryce! May we all learn from your sweet example!
