Saturday was a full day as we had the Temple to Temple 1/2, went to Cascade Springs to see the colors along with all of Utah, and got home just in enough time to go to the Stake Center to hear the Relief Society General Broadcast and find out that Homemaking that changed to Home, Family and Personal Enrichment meetings is now good ole Relief Society meetings. I can handle that. It was a great day but oohh can I feel my muscles.

American Fork canyon must be so pretty ritght now.or well when you took this picture. Next year I am going to make it up that canyon for the leaves.
